Sword was made by interpretation of different type XIV examples with little customizing and aging...
This is not a new work - it was made over year ago
Lenght 910mm
blade width 53mm
Weight 1200g
PoB 90mm
That looks great! What wonderful character to the hilt. The etching/engraving on the blade is a very nice touch, and helps bring it all together"And they crossed swords."
--William Goldman, alias S. Morgenstern
thank you, guys.
the inscription was made by engraving.
whole set was made according to the client wishes - first: design in scale 1:1 - like I always do - then made in steel.
the scabbard is little earlier form but still possible for this sword type...Medieval Swords - www.artofswordmaking.com
