This listing is marked SOLD and is no longer available

Up for sale is this trapper/ skinner knife by renowned knifesmith Dave Beck. Mr. Beck is best known for his Tom Brown Tracker/ WSK knives, showcased in the movie, The Hunted, but he has also done some really splendid historical pieces as well.

Stats:

The blade is just shy of 5 1/4 inches long and about 1/8 of an inch thick at the handle. The handle, created from a stunning piece of tiger/ flame maple and brass pins, is just over 4 1/4 inches long. The knife has an overall length of almost 10 3/4 inches. I don't know the type of steel used, but Mr. Beck is known to be fond of D2.

In addition to the pic above, a slideshow can be seen here...

Asking $225 shipped/ insured to US. Paypal preferred; Money order ok also but I will wait three extra days for it to fully clear before shipping.

Thanks for looking.
