For the Game of Thrones fans
Check it out. Exhibit in... New York right now (it's a traveling show) with a spectacular collection of screen-used props and costumes.

Of particular note, of course, is the display of swords and weapons :D Ice is bloody massive, as is Gregor Clegane's ring-hilted greatsword. Jon Snow's 'Longclaw' scabbard almost has a Roman look to it with the brass side-gutters. I am also very tempted to ask if the crossbow is Leo Todeschini's work...

Brienne's helmet looks pretty clunky, to be honest. I do like the rest of her armour fine, though-- it's just that the helmet doesn't look as good as the rest of it...

Shame they couldn't have put more armour into the show, but you can't have everything :D
Way cool, Jeff........Thanks for posting. :D ...........McM
This is the second year they've had this exhibit (and the second year I've been unable to go). Luckily, there have been some blessed souls who took PLENTY of pictures and posted them online:

What a surprise! Lord Eddard Stark's sword Ice (2nd from left) is also on display but with a shorter blade. :surprised:

I just couldn't take that show seriously after watching the south park episodes of GoT. The stuff got stuck in my head.
