In october I had my brother Gavin Bush Make a short film for me a makers show reel , so to speak...
we rented a slow mo camera and he filmed the piece and edited it and wrote and played the music.
I have called it

forging soul into steel

it shows the making of a kitchen knife...
I wanted to capture some aspects of the craft that I find beautiful
hope some of you enjoy it...

I think this is the sort of video that can communicate to those who don't share our passions for blades a little bit of why we are passionate about them! Very well done!

Question for you Owen: whit kind of respirator do you use when you grind blades?
