... of The World by none other then : Wojciech Zablocki
By jingo I've been waiting YEARS to see this book reprinted. It would have been
a Godsent perfect resource for the swords I've commissioned and would LOVE
to commission !
I just placed my order for a copy, and if any of my fellow forumites are as interested
in the war saber, Polish or otherwise, here's the link :

Oops, almost forgot ! Be forwarned, this book is in Polish. But if you've seen
any of my posts hi-lighting pictures I've been able to find throughout the internet,
you know the pictures are gloriously detailed and quite possible worth every cent
to be able to see ...

For those who might be concerned about the shipping adventure, my book
arrived via registered USPS this afternoon. Michal of Polish Arms emailed
his thanks and the information on the timely shipping of my order. And the
beautiful volume on sabers of the world was shrink-wrapped and perfectly
packaged in a sturdy wrap around cardboard box. Excellent service all the
way around !

Hello Mr Korenkiewicz,
I'm new on this forum. Glad to join this community. It was such pleasant surprise to notice that people from distant countries are intrested in polish sabers. Anyway, I've had read Your postings. I see that You're a fan of hussar sabers. So am I. By the way, Your Black Saber is really a piece of art. Congratulations. I've bought Mr Zablocki's book several months ago. It's a great source of knowledge on sabers. I enjoyed this book very much. Drawings are so well made that I was able to recognize some of those sabers in museums.
P. S. Sorry if I made mistakes. English is not my first language.

And good day to you, Mr. Klimek ... Thankyou for your reply. There are a few of us here at
myArmoury interested in the curved sword. I think many more have antiques rather than
modern renditions of an antique. I was very excited to get Zablocki's book, mainly to check
statistics on a proposed project ...
And thankyou for your compliment on my Black Saber ... Even today I can STILL look
and handle it with awe. B-)
