Milanese export armour made by Tomala
Hello everyone,
This is my first post in this respected forum and I want to publish here my latest work – milanese full export suit of armour.
It was made in one order and it took me a lot of time to produce, nearly 9 months. ;)
Whole armour was made like in Medieval only heat forged steel without welding. Helmet elbows and knees were raised from one piece. More photos in better quality You can see on my website:

Always hard to tell for sure from internet photos, especially for a novice like me, but that sure seems to have some real nice finish detail and fitting.
One of my favorite styles of armor! Looks wonderful!
im seeing these 'italian export armours' more and more and the style is really growing on me...

(though the fact that it comes with a sallet helps, im a sucker for a nice visored sallet)
Hello Tomek.

You've finally become a member of myArmoury. :)
It is always a pleasure to watch pieces you've made. Let me tell you folks- I've seen some of Tomek's stuff personally. They are not only good looking- they work perfectly as well.
Hello Michal.

I tried to reproduce as accurately as possible, this type of armor. The details like the shape of the pad or the selection of the riverts' heads weren't random, were dependent on its function. Metal surface has been polished by hand, which gives a different effect than matting and polishing machine. Despite this, the whole is done fairly and accurately without simplifications or design changes.

Beautiful Work ! Thank you for sharing.
Tomala Armour
As Iīm happy to own some parts from Tomala, I can say, itīs highly recommendable, beautiful finish and best craftmanship. A wellknown german armourmaker told a friend of mine once, he would not be able to make edges in such wunderful but very difficult stringstyle on some of Tomasz work per example. Itīs not cheap, but worth every penny (and the complete armoursuites are a really steal) I hope to order my next part soon. He made the helmet I posted formerly in this forum.

Last month I got my piece of armour made by Tomala. In my opinion he is one of the best in Europe. During work he spent a lot of time on precision and quality of his products. Of course he isn't cheap but you can get very high quality and exact copy of what you order. He made my leg harness better than I want :)

Cheers,
Mike from Poland
