Does anyone know of a place that sells blades or blade blanks for folding knives? I have a grip that is quite comfortable that I would like to get a new blade for. It came from a ceramic knife a coworker of mine bought and broke within a couple days. He actually was able to get his money back somehow without sending it back so he let me keep it. If i had the time and proper tools I'd rather try my hand at making one, but considering most of my other "projects" are in a half completed stage I think it'd be best for me to go the easier route.

Try Jantz Knife Supply. Finding a pre-made blade that will fit just right will be next to impossible... but they may have a blade from one of there kits or something that will work. You will most likely have to contact them directly as I don't see anything there.
