I’m looking to customize one of my older swords and I was wondering where can I get a good Viking sword pommel and crossguard for a decent price

I think Viking-shield sells the Mercia Sveiter stuff in the USA. Though I don't see how there could be any issues with overseas shipping from the UK except that it takes a few days more. But then I'm on the other end of things, ordering stuff overseas from America to Sweden. That works just fine. So does ordering from the UK.
Other places to looks are:
Albion moat sale. But these are discarded pieces in need of some love to make them good. Still worth a look though.
Quietpress.com (in USA) may have some of their hilt pieces in stock. These are some very bling things for viking and late iron age.
