Looks 19th Century to me; although meant to evoke the 14th Century.

Definitely from somewhere in the HRE, c. 1370-1390 or so. The location is given away by the Imperial heraldry on its base. The time frame I suspect is based on the fit of the pourpoint, shape of the cuirass and construction of the leg harness. There's no reason to suspect that this is 19th century work - it looks just like many originals.
Here's a similar effigy c. 1383 of Gebhard von Querfurt, in Saxony.
