Has anyone here done business with the Sikligar Lohar family in India? They are known for making damascus steel weapons. I am curious to know if you've had a good or bad experience with them. Thanks!

I've never dealt with them, but the wares look good for the money.

I'm quite tempted to get one of the cheaper knife blades. Can't go wrong for that price!

I haven't had any experience with their damascus steel or blades, but the piece of Koftgari work (a Pesh Kabz handle) I ordered was excellent. Very nice, indeed.

Quick to process the order, not a long wait, and a good secure package arrived under a month.

Avoid these guys like you would avoid the Plague. They accepted a contact with me for two pistols 18 months ago with a promised delivery date of 4 weeks. No pistols. No refund of my $1000.00 USD. In my opinion they simply cannot be trusted to do honest business and being in India, you have no recourse.

I would not recommend anyone, under any circumstances do business with them!
