I was cleaning out my grandfathers house and i came across this old halberd. As i recall it came from the Philippines in the late 1800's. Other than that I know nothing about it. It is 27 inches long by 14 inches wide. Has 3 screws holding the ornamental blades onto the shaft. The screws appear to be the original attachments. Anyone have any idea what it is and it's worth?

I don't know what it is worth, but were I you I think I would look on ebay for similar pieces to see if any have sold and for how much. I wouldn't give up the day job just yet. Happy
