Recently finished a cute little warhammer of the simpler sort. In the vain of the smaller warhammers i have documented and inspired by german artwork of the 1470s.
51cm long, 590grams. Mild steel hammer with forge-welded spring steel beak. Brass rivets and nails. Simple chiseled hammer decoration.

Very nice looking. I must ask, does the amount of rivets required for the all-around langets affect the integrity of the haft?
Ex animo,

If spaced wide enough and small enough rivets are used, no. And if there was any strength lost from rivits its more then well made up for by the added strength of the langets.
