Not politics, not religion, not rhetoric ... but a memory.
Today, I am an American, today I honor your flag, today singing your anthem.
Honor our dead.
God bless America.
Ciao

Let's not forget that people of many nationalities and many religions were killed this day. I will honor their memories all.

Maurizio,
Let us stand next to you as we salute the freedoms, and the rights of free societies guaranteed us under God. May we also stand with you with hands on our hearts and bowed heads as we remember those who have given their lives, and those of us who have been diligent in the preservation of these freedoms all over the world and in all walks of life. We are a brotherhood, we Americans, we Italians, we Israelis, we Germans, we English, all of us who advocate, demand, and practice freedom in all countries of the world. Prost, brothers and sisters! May we forever find strength in each other.
"No man is entitled to the blessings of freedom unless he be vigilant in its preservation" ...Gen. Douglas Macarthur

Mario,
I want to thank you for your heartfelt messege for myself and all other Americans. Don't forget, a lot of hard working Italians came to the United States and made homes and raised families while helping build this country as I am sure you know. Welcome aboard the United States. Why not come and live here as well. We would be glad to have you.
Regards,
Harry and the rest of the Americans
