Today is the 7th anniversary of the launch of myArmoury's discussion forums. With that launch, this site became much of what it is today.
I can't believe it's been that long. I think it's developed into a great resource populated with cool people. Thanks to everyone who makes this place fun.
Here's to many more years...

Wow seven years. It seems less and more at the same time. You are right Chad it is a great resource. I use it on a daily basis to look something up, communicate with people and learn!

A most Happy 7th Birthday to a Class Act! Time flies when you are having fun....
Wish to thank all concerned for their untiring efforts at making this most valuable resource available. on this subject
Hope no one ever takes this site for granted as it wasn't always this easy (for some of us). Do remember the hours of prowling through antique shops, second hand stores, the news papers; piles of catalogs with lousy photos, the Shotgun News, and local gun and antique shows...
Regards,
Dan

Hands down the best site on the internet for information and discussion of HISTORICAL aspects of europeans arms and armor. 7 years is actually very young for something that already seems like an institution. I started reading these forums 6 years ago - although it took a couple of years to work up the courrage to say something. It seemed like everyone had been here forever and knew everything. Now I rarely skip a day without checking the site. Thanks myArmoury!
