What is the point in reinventing the wheel? Get GURPS and change the bits you don't like. Why waste time and resources starting from scratch? I've been actively involved with this company for many years and can guarantee that you won't come up with a more realistic system that is actually playable. They gave me free reign to completely remodel the armour mechanics in the upcoming Low-Tech.

Several people have suggested GURPS to me, and I have considered using it. However, others have stated that what I was doing was different from GURPS, and other systems they've seen before. I want to see where I can get to.

Not that I'm disgusted with other systems and plan to make a better one, just want to put mine among them as an option, in a way.

Sure is quiet... does that mean my weapon chart is accurate, and no one can see anything that should be changed?
