I recently sold my KOH Sword of Ibelin and wanted to duplicate the plaque that went with it, so I looked around until I found a supplier of really neat and reasonably priced MDF plaques. The address is
http://woodcraft.ponpines.com/ and they can supply standard shapes as well as custom orders. I ordered a custom 9' circle and painted it black, then took a scan of the original artwork to Sticker Hut, had them duplicate it in silver vinyl, and affixed it to the plaque. Two hooks from Lowe's and it's done-and it looks better than the original!
