I was looking through tapestries and came across the Luttrel Psalter from 1330. The helm in this image interested me.

I looked around and a smith had it made for me. It's not 100% historical as it's stainless (12g) but it is based off this interesting helm. I hope you enjoy the images.

I like it but I hope that you will be adding the crest from the picture, or at least a similar crest.

Yes, add the crest!

Also, are you going to add the cross cut-out on the visor?

I am not sure what breaths I am going to add, but there's going to be some. On the top of the helm I had a screw hole built in by the smith that allows me to add and remove the crest. I can have the one in the pic, or possibly even a large plume depending on what I am doing. I like the color too Happy

Any ideas for breath designs instead of the cross? I do want to make it my own. Had thought of a trinity symbol instead.

A trinity sounds good, you could also do a quatrefoil. Similar to a cross, but different...
