Well I'm not sure about the specific style of spear/lance head you are looking for but here are a selection at Kult of Athena:

I just received one of his spear heads and it's high quality custom work at still very reasonnable prices.
All depends on your budget and your expectations, the " production " spear heads at KoA range very from low end cheap, to medium quality but still not expensive and the A & A ones which are very good.
The ones made by Michael are hand forged. 
You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!
