Hello all!
OlliN has been busy at work and we’ve changed some things around. We’ve consolidated some of our collections. We now have 3 main collections: Production Collection, Available Now, and Zombie Defense Collection. We’ve stopped making some of the pieces from the old Contemporary and Classic Collection. As for the Available Now section, it is just that one off pieces that are available purchase. The ZDC, is still the ZDC. Of course the Custom Shop is still open and staying very busy.
To kick off our NEW way of things we have 2 NEW production pieces that were unveiled at the Janesville Renaissance Faire. Below are the details.

We’ve also had a bit of fortune and have been working with Nintendo on a non-functional replica of their Fire Emblem sword. This is a one off piece just for them and not for available through us or for purchase. A cool piece and a great project to work on. Below is pic of the final product.

Both pieces look excellent.
2 questions about the falchion. At 3 pounds with a 5" POB would you still consider it nimble?
Would you be able to do one of these with a bronze guard and bronze type I pommel?
If bronze was not an option could it at least be done with a type I pommel?
I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, but that which it protects. (Faramir, The Two Towers)

Thanks for a questions! I would say that the falchion is a nimble cutter. Personally I thought it felt easy to swing and took little effort to raise the tip. It seems looks like it would be a monster, but the balance makes it a breeze.
As for the bronze guard and type I pommel, I would say that would be possible. I would defer to Mark to to make sure the balance still works for the different pommel type. As we make as we go, I would think we could work something out. Just let us know!

Love the Legion XII. Beautiful fullers and pointy point! My own beloved OlliN messer is on it's way back from Tritonworks with a new scabbard, I love that sword. messer and buckler is great fun.

I proudly own one, so I'll chime in too.
It moves well. My definition of nimble with one of these would be to easily do tip work with it, and that takes a bit of getting used to. Not that you can't by any means, just that it is a big blade to work with. It cuts extremely well, and once you feel it and learn its handling preferences, moves like a dream.
