Hi Everyone,

Nathan here, I am The UK instructor for Armed Combat and Tactics - ACT.

I give ACT lessons in Conwy at the premises run by Bryan Tunstall of the Knight shop fame.

Alex Zhelezniak, Head of ACT Israel is coming to the UK on the 20th and 21st of June to do an ACT seminar at Conwy.

The cost will be £50 for the weekend or £25 if you can only make one of the two days.

There will be lots to learn and lots of sparring with swords, knives and bolo.

Alex can be seen in action here, this website also explains what ACT is all about, aswell as having some video footage of alex fighting

Sounds like a great event. Sadly June will be a very busy month for me or I'd love to get up to see what was going on at your lessons. And in Conwy nonetheless! Worth it just to get up there and view the castles and the walls. Honestly one of the most amazing medieval towns left.

Good luck with the training sessions and do let us know how it goes, pictures are always nice.

Completely off point. Did they ever finish Chester Castle? I know EH had major plans for it but last I was there it was mostly fenced off...

Unfortunately, the ACT seminar in June has had to be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.

We will be trying to bring Alex over in the winter instead.

Sorry if this has caused people any inconvenience.

Will let you know updates in the near future

Hi Nate,

My friend, Noah Gross, sent me the latest ACT video, which I enjoyed very much. I posted it on my forum: http://lakeontariofechtschuleforum.freeforums...y-f24.html

Nice dagger fighting!

Cheers,

Todd
