Okay so the Holiday season is upon us.
We at Valiant Armoury have decided to give away one of the new Christian Fletcher / Gus Trim designed Castile swords.
No catches. All the winner will have to do is pay shipping.
To enter the drawing just send an email to contest@valiant-armoury.com the subject should say Castile contest and the email should contain contact info and say which forum you saw the contest announcement.
We are posting it on these three
myArmoury.com
Swordforum.com
SBG
You can enter one per forum. That means you can enter three times.
Drawing will be held on December 15th 2008.

The drawing will be recorded on video and posted on youtube to protect the integrity of the contest.
A link will be provide on the draw date.

Note: If you have already purchased a Castile or plan to purchase one please provide your info and the dealer you purchased from and then, and only then, you can switch your entry to one of the other "Signature Swords" coming down the pipeline.

Kriegschwert - Bristol - Actium - Hedemark
Goodluck,

Sonny

Very nice contest and I just sent in my e-mail entry, and like I said the pics are really nice and I like the super-close up on the point of the sword as well as the other pics.

By the way good pics sell swords as I have often decided to buy a sword featured in one of the reviews on this site as the quality of photography in the reviews are usually much better than what we see at maker's or merchant's sites: Just a hint to makers and merchants that supplying sword for reviews here might be a good idea and/or getting Nathan to do the pics for your web sites . ( No I'm not getting paid to suggest this and it's just my idea and I have no idea about what the conditions should be financial or logistical, and any reviews would have to be unbiased ).

You can easily give up your freedom. You have to fight hard to get it back!

I'm a bit confused, do you send three emails stating you forum you saw the ad in or just write them all into one email?

It doesn't matter. 1 or 3 just specify your user name for each entry. This isn't for lurkers. You have to be a member of these sword communities. If the Lurkers want to enter then they have to register.

We just don't want people who see this but aren't registered to any of these forums but who view this contest to send an email entering the contest. As I said, this is for registered forum members of the 3 forums stated.

Hey Sonny-

I just wanted to throw out a note to say that this is a nice surprise in that it ends up offering a bit of cross-promotional rewards to myArmoury.com and the other two sites. In other words, your contest might very well encourage others to visit our site, register, and perhaps start to participate. Thank you for that!

How much information? Only about my online presence or including "offline" stuff like street address, contactable phone number, etc.?

Contact info is sorta general.
Whatever you want to supply. I dont plan to spam or anything so just provide whatever you feel like. I just need to be able to contact the winner.
