There are few accounts on Dijon militia of the Valua dukes reign (1364-1477). It is known that some of them participated in the siege of Vellexon in 1409 (see "Armies of Medieval Burgundy" by G. Embleton and related sources), the same source tell us about the "Dijo" sign put on their gambesons. Can anyboudy tell something more about the history of Dijon militia of that time period? Are there any accounts for the banners used by militia of Dijon?
