Hi everybody.

I'm reenecting as a Knights Templar and also doing some show jousts. I would really know what kind of daggers were used by a knight in the mid 13th century.

Any pictures and sizes of real daggers would really be appreciated.

there are plenty of daggers in period manuscripts. They are generally shown with hilts similar to those seen on swords in the period;

Magnus,

To the best of my knowledge, surviving 13th century daggers are exceedingly rare; I don't even know that we have any. So unfortunately, you may be stuck with medieval manuscript illustrations.

There are some in Oakeshot's "Archeology of weapons"

These are similiar to some of the ones from Maciowski; The "pommel" is basically made from a iron rod with the ends curled upwards.
