I am manufacturing shield blanks from laminated 1/4" plywood. Standard size is 2'x4'x.5" with about a 3" bend. Blanks start at $20 + s/h based upon zipcode.

I also do custom shaping and finishing. Please send a cardboard or kraft paper pattern to insure that I am able to cut it to your desired specifications. Additional charge for custom shaping will be dependant upon the design desired. Finishing includes painting, edging and possibly strapping as well.
