Laugh or cry?

Now, I'm normally not much into ripping apart wallhangers, as it is pretty futile. I mean, anyone with some knowledge of swords ought to be able to tell that they are just for decoration. It is stated to be a true medieval sword.
what type of blade is it according to Oakeshotts topology?

It's an Oakeshott Type Xr ("r" as in "rated"), featured in his unpublished book "The Sword in the Age of Kitsch". The pommel is a Type @$%, and the guard a Style -1. I thought you all knew that...

Oh, Patrick - I had a blast riding with Troop G. the kid doing 99 in a 70, who was grateful not to be cited for the seatbelt violation... what a hoot. I'd say he was dumber than a mud fence, but that would be unfair to mud fences. I'm just glad we dont have a corner on the idiot market here at the campus PD like i thought...
