The thing about Japanese swords is the '?' that seems to re occur, it does this the longer you collect the damn things......this is a mjor part of Nihonto collecting.
I have this sword, in semi gunto mounts { The Japanese military did this to confuse us Geigin and enhance themselves to their comrades.....} It is signed Sada Tsugu, not I think by the famous chap but the mei is so well cut and confident I would appreciate any information available.
Apart from the mei it has a very well carved Horimono and Bonji , the Bonji is apt as it is somthing along the line of " Destroy the enemy".
