That one has a very clean jack-of-all-trades design. It's a fitting replacement for the original Crecy.

WOW!!!! I nearly fell on the floor when I saw it!! That was alot quicker than I would have expected it to see it this soon! Thank you Albion!!!! you have yourself a customer! I never expected a quite plain guard would be so very attractive. It almost looks like the big brother of the squire.

Lloyd, I still think you'd get more mileage out of something on this order than the Poiters; reach is good when up on horses as big as yours, and if I read the POB correct (4"), the sword should just fly when put in two hands on the ground, probably with a bit more grunt in the cut than the classic Fiore-type pieces on top of it all - a better demo/presentation sword, in my opinion considering your era of focus.

Well, at long last it's here! I first learned of Albion mere months before they slew the Crecy in its first incarnation. I was in Japan at the time, and buying a sword was quite impossible. There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth from my general vicinity. But Nathan advised me to wait for the Next Gen and not worry about it. I can see now that he was not mistaken. It's absolutely beautiful. A jack-of-all-trades indeed, and a workhorse of a blade if ever there was one. The lines are perfect. Graceful, elegant, but hiding an unmistakable power.

Sadly, it comes sooner than I expected, and finds me quite unable to acquire it at the moment. Before the summer is out, however, one will be mine. Oh yes, one will be mine. I can almost hear the blade sing as it bites through tatami...

Stunning, Mr. Waddell, simply stunning. I bow to the skill of your entire team. Don't sell them all too quickly. Is there any chance there will be an upcoming scabbard by Mr. Iseli?
