Help finding Armorer based on Hallmark (stamp) castle + &quo

Hey guys!

Just hoping someone with experience with armorers will recognize the hallmark / markers mark in the picture.

There's a set up for sale, and I'm trying to do some research on the maker, to get an idea of offer price and quality etc.

It's not a mark I recognize. Have you asked the same thing on the Armour Archive (http://forums.armourarchive.org/phpBB2/)?
