Information about Migration era sword?
Good day,

Just wondering if anyone is able to find me any more information regarding this sword on the left, the one with the rounded tip. Thanks.

Best regards.

Hi Barrett,

The book says it is from Ingersheim, and searching "Spatha von Ingersheim" gives me this museum page and this Arachne page from the University of Cologne. If this is the same sword, it looks like it comes from a cemetery which was found in the 19th century. I hope that helps!

A German newspaper article talks about a local who studies this cemetery as a hobby https://www.swp.de/suedwesten/staedte/crailsheim/der-mann_-das-schwert_-die-graeber-29060183.html
