It's nice enough he stepped up to help me out by parting with an Albion but he's gone the extra mile in just about every way.

From dealing with the shipping /insurance/packing to chasing up USPS when it vanished from tracking for an extended period.

He's always been nothing but calm, patient, polite and helpful.
