Bogey-men, Cool! Not people to take lightly... and interesting weapons too! Thanks for bringing this thread up!

The pictures that show up as links that we have to click do so because they are too large.
You can find more info at the bottom of this page:

Cool stuff, by the way. :)

Somehow I got two out of five pictures to load. Have the horizontal ones sized 800x600. Is that good? What am I doing wrong?
Crossed your post. Will resize down. Made them 785 wide, Thanks for the info, Bill

They probably need to be sized down a few pixels. 800 tall is the limit, which your pictures are currently.
Bill-
First off, welcome to myArmoury!
Thanks for bringing this interesting piece to our attention. I know, well, nothing about the area or culture, but I still appreciate the artistic and martial qualities of the sword.
I'm not sure what the deal is with the other pics... but I was certainly able to download the pictures separately, so that was no issue at all for me.
Hope to see more of you around! Again, welcome!

Neat piece. I particularly like the hilt.
Point of clarification regarding the island of Borneo. The majority of the island's land mass does belong to Indonesia. However, Sarawak and Sabah are part of Malaysia. Brunei is also on the northern coast of Borneo. I used to spend some time on Labuan, an island in the Bay of Brunei, but part of Malaysia.
