Recognize this longsword?
Anyone recognize who makes this critter? Looks familiar, but I can't put my finger on it.
Pretty nice sword actually with a really great balance.
Thanks much

No makers mark or anything? Is it peened-pommel or threaded? Sharp or not? .............McM

Threaded pommel. Stitched leather covered grip. Blade is dull with a good temper. Fit and finish are good especially the guard and pommel. Not a mark on the whole thing, no country or maker. Balances and handles like it was ment to be a practice weapon for longsword.

Hmmmm......Older MRL maybe? It kind of favors a Lutel, as I recall it. When you say it's 'dull' , do you mean blunted like a trainer blade, or dull like a once sharp sword, now dulled from cutting? Either way, I like it. I know you have it because I recognize your rug!  ....Got a scabbard with it? Wanna sell it? :) ............McM

Dull as in never been sharpened. No scabbard. I'd sell for $150 and $15 for shipping conus.
I'm pretty good at figuring where european swords are from and this one has got me.

Hmmmm........I do like it, but I have a H/T Norman on the way. I traded my old H/T Norman for a Hanwei Side Sword, which I dearly love. I still miss my ol' Norm, though. :) .......... McM
