made in style of Oseberg burial , so an early viking, something Ragnar Lodbrokkr could carry :-)

OAL is 21 cm, not counting the end ring
The blade is patternwelded, handle is carved reindeer antler with silver fittings. sheath is tooled leather with silver stamped and engraved fittings and brass rivets

I realized that this knife takes its name from the golden-bristled wild boar in Scandinavian mythology given to Freyr, god of fertility, by dwarves Brokk and Eitri, who created the animal from pigskin and thousands of gold wire.

That is really an exceptional knife at an exceptional price. Great job. Sometimes I wish I was not making these things so I could afford the great stuff being made today :-)
