does anyone know a good supplier of bare blades? I'm particularly having trouble finding type X style blades and i know that the H/T viking and norman blades were floating around for awhile but i can't seem to find them anywhere now.

on another note is there a way or place that i could get broken or damaged blades or parts of blades particularly the bottom of the blade and tang?

does anyone have pictures of what the albion type X bare blade look like the pictures on the a website look more like a type XI or type XII than a type X i was planning to use it for a viking style sword

Doesn't look like that at all to me...Looks very type X-ish. Maybe the angle of the pictures are confusing you?
