This wouldn't happen to be Ibor D at http://chomikuj.pl/IBOR? The names are much alike and he mades Keltic weapons.
If you mean him, I have a spearheard by him. He tries very hard to make items that look as if they were made in those times. good, but they show alot of handwork, not machine finished.
