Hi Emma,
That looks like a replica suit of armour made by Marto of Spain.They carry a variety of pieces in different skirt colors.You can find a similar one here:

As Phil said, but you might also like to know that this harness is (VERY) roughly in the European style of the late 16th/early 17th centuries.
See this link for some of the more spectacular original examples from the period. There were many more plain harnesses for field use, but most of those are broken up, lost or recycled.

As Phil and Sean already mentioned its a replica by Marto of Spain. I wanted to stress though that it is a low-quality reproduction meant as a display piece and not to be worn or function as actual defensive equipment. It's something a rich guy would stick in his foyer or office in an attempt to look cultured. There's nothing wrong with that, I just wanted to point it out.
