Hi,
I am going to visit Paris from the 9 to the 11 of the september and wonders if anyone have some good tips on what to see?
The plan at the moment is Cluny and Louvre.
My main interest is swords from the bronze age to the renaissance, but some armours should not hurt.
Thanks in advance!
Nils
Well You cannot overlook the musee de l'armee, which is by far the largest collection of A&A in the city.

Yeah, I second that. The musee d'larmee had by far the most exciting and extensive collection I visited when I was in Paris in June. Give yourself lots of time there. The Cluny exhibit is neat, but fairly small. Right near the Louvre there's a big mall of antique dealers (also maybe called the Louvre Antique Mall???) and there are a couple small storefronts in there specializing in arms and armor. Worth the walk if you are already at the Louvre.
have fun
