Does anyone know where i might be able to find some high quality swords canes?

i'm looking for something with a good locking mechanism, good steel, and decent materials for the cane part.

my price range is $200 and under (preferably under).

also, i would like something with an edged blade, not like the cold steel ones that are out there with only a point.
