I need a good one to go with my ww1 sword,
who sell or produce an accurate replica? possibly a complete set with twin braces, holster and so on
thanks
Gabriele
Here is one over at Military Heritage - I can't speak for its quality or accuracy
I got one to wear with my kilt from What Price Glory. Belt and braces.
I used to order a lot of ww2 gear from them when I did 2nd Infantry with CHG.
As far as the Sam Browne, it's quality is great! Check it out.

I'm not sure where in the world you are from..but I'd say pretty well anyone in the UK who deals in military supplies should be able to supply you with a set of Sam Browne equipment as it's still a part of an officers dress uniform ? I'm not sure if that also holds true for the US military ?
the sam Browne offered by whatpriceglory suggested by Christopher and Jai is the first i have considered, i'm based in italy but i have never had problems in getting items from the U.S
from what i have seen on the web it is the most complete kit and the price is very good, now that Jai has confirmed about the quality i have just a little doubt about the colour that is too light but they say in the website that can be darkened, have done it Jai?
the military Heritage example posted by Roger looks better in colour but i believe that it includes just the belt, one shoulder strap and sword carrier,
getting one from a military suppliers as suggested by Ralph will present the same problem, modern sam Browne are limited to one brace and sword carrier, motorised artillery and "cavalry" units still has sam Browne even in the italian army.

As a matter of fact, I did end up darkening it. When I did ww2 re-enacting I would have just let the natural leather take color as it was used, oils from touching it and being out in the field. But since I bought the Sam Browne to wear with a kilt abc not a historical uniform, I went for a nice dark brown leather dye and conditioning from Tandy leather. Very easy to do and with the brass fittings, I feel, looks very nice. Also, as a side note, I have bought a number of items from WPG of late just for daily wear. They ship fast and their descriptions are accurate. Hope this helps!
