The top one is a German K-98 bayonet. The scabbard and frog are correct for the bayonet. It should be WWII vintage. You should find a serial number and maker's name on the blade where it joins the guard and grip. You will also find some ordnance markings on the butt of the grip and on the metal plate on the back of the bayonet. There should also be a serial number on the scabbard, at the throat. If they match then you have an original set. There are a lot of bayonets out there without scabbards and vice versa.
The other one I do not recognize for sure off the top of my head but someone will and will reply to your question. My guess is that it is also German and is probably for the Gehwer 88, which would make it WWI vintage, most likely.

The second bayonet is a model 1891 Italian carcano bayonet. However, there were several variations of this bayonet.
