On the left, Russian officer's sword. Your "jc" (on the back of the pommel, I assume) might be a curly decorative single letter - if it's an Imperial sword, this will be a monogram of the Tsar, e.g., A II for ALexander II, with a big curly A, and little II underneath, or N II, Nicholas II, with a big curly "H" (N in Cyrillic), II underneath.

On the right, a dragoon shashka. I haven't see one of these (or an ebay fake of one these) with this kind of bayonet (but a bayonet is a normal part of the kit).

I've been looking through a book all about these things lately, I. N. Zdobnov, Edged weapons of the Red Army 1918-1940 (Kholodnoe oruzhie Krasnoy Armii 1918-1940), KATP-13068, 2005. At first glance, it looks like these might be early 20th century. Alas, the book is in Russian, I don't read Russian, and my Russian dictionary is elsewhere, so I can't say much more.

They look like (possibly early to Late) 19th century or early 20th Century. (Speculation on my part, but they look at least like they could be as old as the 19th century, based on how the ornamentation and detail on the hilts look plus the styling on/of the quillon of the bayonet). Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents on what I thought. They're nice looking sabers (and a really cool bayonent too).

Ther is a similar sabre in the museum in Timisoara (second from the top, number 3 on the label) and it's labelled russian cavalry sabre 1812.

The bayonet on the right is a French M1886 Lebel, it looks genuine to me. Be careful with the russian saber and the cossack shashka especially with ones with communist logo on the ricasso or with Mosin-Nagant bayonet (fake too) attached to scabbard . Ebay is full with cheap chinese junk. There is no "j" nor "f" letter in the Cyrillic alphabet.

i also find the way interesting, the russians wore their sabers.
on the officers saber left you can see the ring on the scabbard opposite of where it would be on western sabers.
