Hi,

I am trying to identify this item. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

It measures 19 1/2 inches in total length and weighs just over 1 1/2 lbs.

Thank you,

Thank you, Tom. Would you know how old it might be? Any further info would be appreciated.

Regards,

Bruce
Sorry Buce , I wouldn't even hazard a guess at the age of it .
Hey Bruce,

What you've got is a fairly modern commercially made sai that can be purchased from just about any martial arts supply for anywhere from $20-40.

I have the same set from when I was a teenager and still practicing regularly. It looks like the previous owner took the leather off the grip, and started taking the teflon coating off as well (the black stuff). I did the same thing, as the teflon chips off rather quickly once you start using them.

Hope this helps,
Hi Jason,

Thank you very much for the information.

Bruce
