I am thinking about buying the sword from Arma Bohemia so I wanted to ask you does anybody has experience with their products (especially swords).

Arma Bohemia from Czech Republic aren't makers of swords, they are resellers, and they also act as a middle man when taking commissions. So you might get a much better price by contacting the sword smiths from Czech Republic directly. Two of the smiths that Arma Bohemia sells:

Other than that, Jakub Malovany can be a bit easier to talk to, he speaks English quite well (not really a norm there), and some items are not that expensive. Some.

I've been generally happy with the two items I've bought from them (a dagger and knife). Communication can be slow and they've missed some deadlines, but their in-stock items are always tempting. As has been mentioned they are a retailer, not a maker.

If they have what you want they can be a good way to go. Deliveries, in my experience, have been reliable and representations of products have been accurate. If you're outside of Europe, they can be a way to get some wares by people a bit off the normal internet path.

I can say I love the Pavel Moch swords. Quality is very good for the price you pay. There is at least one review here on myArmoury of a pavel moch sword.

It's my first order at Arma Bohemia; I placed the order based on the image and the reviews here.

I have a sword from Radek Lobko, and a lot of WMA practitioners in Slovenia have either Lobko's swords or swords by Pavel Moc.

Swords by Radek Lobko are relatively light, they have 2 mm wide edges for safe sparring and are quite cheap. Pavel Moc also makes that kind of swords, but he also makes swords blades with "tournament" blade - they have wider edges, but are hollow ground so they are light and quite flexible.

I'm not sure if they are available now, since he changed his production last year.

Final line, Lobko is cheaper but a bit uglier, swords by Pavel Moc look better (even the ordinary ones), but are more expensive. Both are sturdy and useful for stage combat or WMA training.

Arma Bohemia is in Czech anomaly. Malovaný is receiver, but no in Czech only i foreign Country.
He have not web site in Czech and he have not good record.
Moc is industrial maker, he have great hall with CNC, automatic grinding, casting ...
For us is Moc cheap stabil serial producter, some sort of product range.
About R. Lobko I have not heard experience.
Best makers-craftsman are Kalný, Had and other. These makers have not web site but reserve terms is like by Bárta.
In Czech are in all city or village some maker after all is sometimes problem buy just in time, light and historical items. Therefore I began made sabres and sword for my and friends, buy 600g sabre after original piece is immpossible.

I received the dagger I ordered today. Somehow, the email that I sent to confirm my order got lost, so it took a bit longer.

It was well worth the wait. The dagger is a great piece. Much lighter than you would expect considering its size, and well-made (as far as I can determine). The detailing is also quite nice, with copper pins in the curls (I love the colour of polished copper!). I ordered a scabbard to go with the dagger and I am happy I did.

So in short, I am a happy puppy. This was perhaps the most expensive (compared to size) piece I have bought so far, and it appears to be well worth it.
