I am looking for is information and identification of a medieval helmet and coat of arms for the Parisi family. A picture of it is attached which appears on a tomb in the cemetery of Terrravecchia, a Calabrian town that is in the vicinity of Cariati, a city that was captured from the Byzantines by the Norman, Robert Guiscard, in 1059.

I am an amateur historian and professional genealogist.. The coat of arms is from my family and DNA analysis has confirmed that we are of Norman descent. I am researching old records in an attempt to document the family history.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
