My first couple sparring sessions after recovering from the elbow injury.

With Old Ghost and a light-weight but long Chinese ring-pommel sword. It was very forward-balanced.
I was trying to employ a new tactics in this sparring, where I tried to be versatile and rely on unpredictability. That cost a lot of energy though. I also try not to lean too forward in the attacks and make sure my arms were not fully stretched to prevent further injury. It also increase sectional density during impact and I found that more effective in test cutting than my previous method.

With Hiu Dung and longsword. He was a newbie.
I was tired already and turned to a less energy-consuming tactics, resting the sword on my shoulder. Using my hip to rotate and bring the sword forward as a shield and closing in with footwork, pressing against my partner to defeat his range advantage.
