Hello
Does anyone recognise, this makers mark?Any info would be welcome.
Thanks
Karl Knisley
Sorry. The only Maker's Mark I am familar with comes in a one liter bottle with red wax seal on top! :p
If you could post a photo of the complete sword, that would provde a helpful context with which we could deduce a maker.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi Karl,
Going by the form alone, it looks very much like one of the patterns Collins & Co. was making for the Central and South American market.
The mark, though, is not representative of either their mid 19th century Hartford block letters or 20th century crown, arm and hammer. The early arm and hammer mark is a pretty crude line engraving and it wouldn't suprise me to find out this is an earlier mark of theirs, even though a different motif.
Hal, of Therion Arms or Bernard Levine (Blade Forums, Knife Forums)
might be able to confirm or deny that.
Cheers
