I got this one this morning. It is an Italian Export sallet made by Francois L'Archevêque of Quebec. The sallet is made of 14 gauge steel for the most part, the visor is of 16 gauge to have a more balanced helm on the head. I wanted it to look a little bit worn. With the time it will take a really gread dark grey colour. The plume holder and the rivets are made of brass Those cast rivets are now available in his armoury. For the rest, the pictures will talk by themselves. I am very happy, it will be very cool wearing it this summer in medieval events and ren fair here (O:

I'm not very knowledgable about these, but it look pretty good to my untrained eye.
Very nice, it look's good, any type of suspension in it, i like the look of the brass rivet's around the back.
I think it will look even bette with a little age and wear.
