Great taste! But what's that saber on the wall behind you? It's very pretty, too. Is it an officer's US Model 1860?

Congrats! Great swords. I still like my Henry V after a few years and have been eyeing the GBS lately too......

Excellent choices! It just so happens that the Henry V is next on my list, and I want one even more after seeing this pic! :D :)

I'll second that request! I'd like to see a few different angles. :)

Thanks for the pictures. I don't known that this sword will ever convince me that I have to own it, but I do like the pictures and it is interesting to see the difference between how it fits your hand and your wife's.

If you post more pics of the officer's sword, I bet someone could help you identify it. I know I would try to help!

Many thanks, Aubrey! The thing that strikes me most about the Henry V is how substantial it looks "in hand". A list of specs and a few pics of the sword by itself just can't match actually seeing it in relation to a person. I didn't expect it to be tiny or dainty at all, but it just looks so much beefier than I imagined. I can't wait to get Craig and the guys started on mine! :D
