I don't have a weight at the moment, but some stats follow:
length from cross to tip: 21.75 in
cutting edge (front): 20 in
cutting edge (back): 14 in.
Yes, it is double edged (I thought the back edge was "false" until I cut my hand on it!). To give some idea of the handling, I can say that it balances about 3 inches short of where the end of the languets fall on the shaft. So that if you want to put one hand on the balance point, you grip only wood , but if you slide your hand to where you touch metal, then the shaft behind has more than 50% of the mass).
The shaft is oval with a flattened edge on each side, so that you feel the direction of the edge when griping the shaft.
