Congratulations to the winners! Especially to Robert Tucker, who won the book I'm wanting for a long time...

Congratulations as I'm sure you guys will enjoy these books: I have the first two and they are among my favorites.
Congratulations to all three, but especially to Bob Burns, who got the book that I want.
Hey, congrats you three! Those are all excellent books!
Congratulations Robert and Bob! Was it as hard for you to decide on a book as it was for me? So many great choices...I confess that I made use of the member reading list and peaked at many of the reviews in order to make my decision.
Nathan,
Thank you again. It's not just the prize that I appreciate, but how welcome I feel on this site. I have learned so much from the features and reviews and just "hanging out with the guys" on the forums. I can't express my gratitude any better than just another "thank you", but it is heartfelt and genuine.

Thank you so much for the kind messages, congratulations to Pamela and Robert. I know I am going to love this book, being new to the world of swords, weaponry and armor, I have much to learn. Along with over a dozen acquisitions from Arms & Armor, I have been collecting books as well. I am real hungry to learn and am very grateful for this wonderful website. All the who's who belong to this website, whether it is Christian Henry Tobler (my longsword idol), Peter Johnson (in my view a genius of a master swordsmith), and many many others.
Though being new and therefore not someone who has any knowledge to share, through some things in my background I try to contribute to this website by bringing up thoughts and ideas about various weapons. I also try to ask intelligent questions that would raise comments from others that would be interesting to all members.
I am endlessly fascinated by these swords, weapons and armour of the medieval era, and I enjoy this hobby more than any other interest I have ever had. It is a lot of fun being a rookie at this, because everything is a new realization. Each and every one of my high quality production weapons are very special to me and I am always happy for the person who just got that new special sword they had wanted for so long. What a great obsession this is, to be able to hold a replica of our heritage in our hands!
Happy Collecting,
Bob

I just want to publicly thank Nathan for my beautiful new book. (Through no fault of his, it was a little late arriving. The fault lies with the U.S. Postal Service and the Arlington County planning committee, or whoever was in charge of naming streets in Arlington.)
I also want to rave again about how much I enjoy the new book section. My Christmas wish list came straight from there. And my very indulgent husband, who spoils me much more than I deserve, presented me with almost every item on my wish list on Christmas morning. Thanks Nathan for this wonderful feature.
And a quick personal note to Bill Grandy:
Bill, so you don't feel left out, thanks for carrying my book three thousand miles. :)

My prize arrived a couple of days ago "European Weapons and Armour" as crisp as if it were right off the press! This is an excellent book and I am grateful to Nathan and myArmoury.com for it. I will get endless enjoyment from refering to this wonderful book. This book has found an owner who will always appreciate, value and study it.
Thanks So Much,
Bob :)
